I was staying for a short transit and found the location to be quite convenient, with several attractions like Parque Juan Carlos I and El Capricho Park in the vicinity. The team was very helpful during my stay, making check-in a breeze. However, the room presented some quirks. the shower setup was unusual and didn't provide much privacy, which was a bit odd. Overall, the experience was decent, although there were some maintenance issues that could be improved.

Positive, The staff was super friendly and attentive. They even offered my dog a dish of water when we arrived! The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. It’s also really close to the airport.

the location is just horrendous, taking multiple buses to get anywhere feels like a slap in the face. the room had such a weird setup with a wash basin right in there. i had high hopes that the management would upgrade my experience, but obviously, that was too much to ask. absolutely failed expectations.

No hand and face towels in the room!!! Door required banging to close properly!!! One staff member overwhelmed with check-in, while others on their phones!!! Improvements needed in basic amenities and customer service awareness!!!

Staff provided friendly service, even offering water for my pet upon arrival, which added a personal touch. However, the proximity to the airport did not translate to a vibrant location, as there were minimal amenities nearby. Additionally, while the room was clean, I noticed a lack of basic gluten-free options at breakfast, which could be improved.

The room was super clean and had everything I needed. Loved the walk-in shower and how accessible the toilet was with grab rails. Air conditioning and TV were great, too. The spa facilities were a nice surprise. Staff spoke English well, making my stay easy!
